About Ice.Club

Crazy about cold! For years now I have been experiencing the positive effects of cold showers and cold immersion. I want to inform a wide audience about the benefits of (hot to) cold showering and to inspire them to join the Cool Challenge. I also teach people how to breath healthy and to connect again with themselves. It is my mission that you become the most healthy, optimal and above all relaxed version of yourself. I do this through coaching and by organising challenges, workshops, weekends and training courses.
