About the workshop

Get out of your comfort zone, learn how to be in the cold in a relaxed way to reach your full potential. Only when you’ve tried it, you know how it is!


In this workshop there is more time for all exercises, explanation of theory and personal application than in the average whm workshop. There is enough time and attention for individual questions and instructions. Half way through is a delicious vegetarian hot lunch. Afterwards you will receive all exercises by e-mail.

How to prepare:

Take a daily cold shower for 60 seconds. Breathe slowly. Sign up for our free Cool Challenge at to receive e-mail support.


What to bring:

Easy-to-wear clothes, shorts, top (ladies), swimsuit (even if you do not intend to take the ice bath!), towel, slippers, and bathrobe.


About the locations:

The workshop locations are chosen carefully. An oasis of calmness, in the middle of nature. We have a beautiful teaching room. The ice bath will be ready in the nice garden. Lunch is served in the cozy room or outside at the terras.
